Zach & Jody In-Camera Workshop

This summer, I had the privilege to be a part of Zach & Jody Gray's In-Camera Workshop in New York City, recommended by my friend, Imelda (thanks girl!). 

I was estatic about what I am going to learn from both of this amazing photographers from Tennessee.

  I also made new photographer friends. 

The workshop was intense learning and Jody has already explain to us that we will be very tired but on the bright side, we got to eat New York City's best pizza in town. 

I can't tell you all how much I enjoyed this workshop, and Zach & Jody was hands-on all the way which just make my learning experience easier.

Beautiful by Nature

Today, I just had the urge to snap a few pictures and decided to go for a walk by the lake.  Guess what I found, a dragonfly!! It stayed still for me, not even flapping its wings and waiting for me to take its picture. Look at how gorgeous this little thing is:

Sometimes I think to myself, that we should appreciate what is around us even little wild flowers. Their colors are just so beautiful and if they can fill up a whole field, it will turn the field yellow.

A Little Introduction of Myself

My name is Karen, or Kay ( nickname that my friends called me in high school ). Raised and born in the beautiful country, Malaysia. I am the eldest in my family and have one little sister to spoil. I love to read, shop, exercise and watch action movies. I am a sucker for Transformers and Marvel Hero movies. 

God, my family, Loren and loving friends are the most important part of my daily life. I appreciate life in all aspects and my favorite quote is"Life is like a box of chocolate, you will never know what you are gonna get".
