Every week at work, we would have a meeting once a week and everyone gets a chance to do a 'Circle of Quality' more like a meeting facilitator. So, it was my turn for this week. I love to look for ideas on how to make the meeting fun and bring positive energy to the room.
And I came up with this idea, Inspirational Rock. Instead of inspirational words, I had everyone on my team to give me a word that best describes themselves. Then I would paint those words on the rocks.
During the meeting, everyone will have a chance to share why they picked their word. That rock is a reflection of themselves.
My word was 'giving' because I am a giving person and I would always try to give or help others with any possible way that I can. I would try my very best to provide especially for my loves ones because they are my world, my everything.
I was glad that they enjoyed sharing their rocks and at the end of the meeting, they told me, " Karen....you rock!!"
